The Livepro Weight Vest is made lightweight, waterproof and durable with 500D Nylon to ensure the comfort of the wearer. Comes with two removable steel plates to accommodate your fitness level. The yoke pads make it more comfortable for the wearer and the elastics bands enhance stability.
Our weight vests work well to increase the challenge of body weight and resistance activities and they can be used with some aerobic activities such as running and hiking. They can also be used with explosive training exercises including jumps and reactive training drills.

The plates insert section is present in the abdomen area of the vest. If you want to really get into the progressive levels of Resistance or CrossFit training, then based on that you can fix or remove the weight plates from the vest.
