WEIGHT STACK SHROUD
The weight stack shroud has dual independent weight stacks that weigh 52kg, i.e., 2 x 52kg. This Dual-Use machine can be used with or without weight stacks based on the user's fitness level. The assisted & weighted cables, guide rods, weight plates, and counterbalance top weight are strong enough to perform safe workouts.
BACK EXERCISE
The pelvic support pads are made from high-grade Naugahyde and it has lower pull-up handles. This pull-up rope is connected to the weight stack shroud where you can work out against the resistance. The pelvic support can be adjusted to 5 different positions. Lean in front of the pelvic support pads, grab the low pull-point handle and pull yourself up with a straight back. The large and wide footrests give maximum support and stability while doing both ab and back exercises.
ABDOMINAL EXERCISE
The backrest is constructed from a high-quality Naugahyde and it can be adjusted to 7 different positions for a smooth and comfortable exercise. The upper pulley point has the dual-strap pull-point that is attached to the backrest and the weight stack shroud to train the abdominals, chest, and shoulder areas. Grab the upper strap point and bend your torso forward. The smooth and soft back padding provides ultimate stability to carry out the exercise in a controlled manner.
