TWO GRIP POSITIONS
This hex bar features dual knurled handles that are designed to increase friction and provide you with a sturdy and comfortable grip. The high handles make it easier for a beginner or a tall person to get into a good starting position. The low handles are great for shorter people to get a good starting position. The two different handle positions let the beginners and professionals perform comfortable deadlift variations.
ERGONOMIC DESIGN
