1. Have to sign the Service Agreement at the time of purchase even though it is under the manufacturer’s warranty.
2. Upon approval of a maintenance agreement, your facility and all the equipment will be entered into our database to track your inventory and service history.

The following services are included during the lease period:

1. Brand new equipment or reconditioned for all cardio and strength equipment.
2. Quarterly Preventive Maintenance
3. Unlimited Breakdown Calls
4. Free repair and replacement of any defects or parts, including wear and tear.
5. Replacement of unit if problem cannot be rectified within 21 days

The essential step in extending the equipment’s life is to provide periodical maintenance. The proper dusting, cleaning, lubricating is the basic requirement for every long-lasting equipment. Here our highly-trained technicians will do the Safety, Functional, and Performance Checks. You can purchase the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) to get timely maintenance service.
