The SCS-WB Bench design allows you to do incline or decline workouts. You can add a leg extension/leg curl attachment as well as a preacher attachment for arm curls.

Leg Extension /Curl Attachment
The Leg Extension / leg curl attachment connects to the SCS-WB bench. Use the attachment to comfortably execute leg curl and extension exercises. The built-in weight horn allows you to add weight plates for added resistance. This attachment also ties into the FT2 cable resistance system if purchase with the FT2 leg kit option as well.
Preacher Curl Attachment
The preacher curl attachment attaches to the SCS-WB (FT2) & FIDB (FT1) benches. Use the attachment to comfortably execute single or double hand curl exercises. The built-in bar rack works nice for easy storage between sets.
The inspire preacher curl attachment is designed to work with the inspire fitness FID & SCS adjustable weight/dumbbell benches only. It adds another workout option by slipping into the front frame post. It is height adjustable and comes with a convenient bar rest.
Inspire Accessory Rack
This Inspire Accessory Rack is designed to keep you organized. It’s perfectly designed to hold all of your inspire bench accessories -preacher curl attachment, leg extension/curl attachment. Does not include the Leg Ext/Curl or Preacher Attachments.
The Inspire Accessory Rack is a great way to keep your bench attachments off the ground. The Inspire accessory rack will hold both the inspire leg extension and the inspire Preacher curl attachment and is a great addition to any FT2 and SCS system. Does not include the leg extension/curl or preacher attachments.
Weight Stack Upgrade
This 50lbs weight plate adds on, 5 plates at 10lbs each, is compatible with most multi gyms and functional trainers, this home gym weight stack is designed for heavy lifters who need more resistance on their machines.
The Inspire Aluminum Lat Bar is a high-quality aluminum bar, because of the wide grip it is ideal for training the top and outer back muscles
The narrow grip is suitable for training the biceps, triceps and the inner back muscles.
The Inspire Aluminum Lat Bar can be attached to various home gyms and single stations, because the inspire aluminum Lat bar has three mounting points it is ideal to combine with the Inspire FT2 home gym. This way you can attach the inspire aluminum Lat bar to two weight stacks for extra heavy training.

Smith Machine Weight Bar
The Smith Bar hooks up to the 2 wide adjustable pulleys and rotates smoothly like a traditional smith system. Its height adjustable spotters make it completely effective and safe for unsupervised use, without the need for a personal trainer. The FT2 is unique weight multiplier, of 1:1 ratio, has a 430lb capacity, which is perfect for squats, dead lifts and bench presses with the optional Inspire SCS-WB adjustable bench
Dual Wide Pulleys
Dual weight stack design provides unique iso-lateral exercises. Adjustable high/low pulley system offers a wide variety of functional exercise.
The dual wide pulley system adjusts to 31 positions for unlimited functional training capability.
With the adjustable pull point in the wide position the user can do cable crossovers, shoulder press, rear deltoid, wide late pulldown, tricep pushdowns / core rotation and abdominal crunches.
These are adjustable and can drop down to a low position where the user can do chest fly’s, shoulder presses, lateral raise, front deltoid, bicep curls, inner / outer thigh and glute kicks
Pull-up bar is adjustable in height to accommodate low ceiling height. It can be moved to a higher position to do lat pulldowns.
Perform your Pull-ups, chin-ups and vertical knee raise.
Low pull Pulley
Allows the user different areas to do either seated rows where they can sit on the ground or sit on a bench, sit on an exercise ball to do different rows.
With the addition of the bench, leg extensions/curls can be performed.
Innovative Weight Multiplier
Doubles maximum resistance to accommodate heavy lifters. Basically what it does is it allows you to double the amount of weight you’re getting out of the weight stack, so you’re doing heavy movements like squats, deadlifts and bench presses by utilizing the SCS bench.
