WHAT IS THE LIVE UP FOOTBALL TRAINER?

Practicing with this trainer assists players in improving kicking, trapping, blocking & juggling skills. The Football Trainer allows you to stretch your soccer skills to the limit without chasing the ball.
Put your football into the straps and wrap the strap around your waist and start training. You can concentrate on how the ball responds to your kicks and work on light accurate touches with both feet and also kicking with the inside and outside of your boot.
